Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
Make the Caesar Dressing

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the bread slices into cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.
Assemble the Salad

Once the croutons are ready, remove them from the oven and let cool slightly.

Add the Caesar dressing to the chopped romaine lettuce and toss to coat evenly.
