- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure it's hot enough for crispy bites.

- 3
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- 4
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's completely coated.
- 5
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the coated cauliflower bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with vegetable oil.
- 6
Bake the Cauliflower
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 7
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower bites in buffalo hot sauce until evenly coated.

Chill the Sauce
Cover and refrigerate the ranch dipping sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
