Prepare the Cauliflower

Make the Breading

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

Slowly add the water to the dry mixture, whisking until you have a smooth batter.
Coat and Bake Cauliflower

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, then place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Toss with Buffalo Sauce

In a large bowl, add the baked cauliflower and pour the buffalo sauce over it.
