Preparation Steps
- 1
Roast the Poblano Peppers
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the poblano peppers on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred and blistered. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
- 2
Prepare the Dip Mixture
Once the peppers are cool, peel the skin off and remove the seeds. Chop the peppers finely. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cilantro, and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
- 3
Mix in the Roasted Peppers
Fold the chopped roasted poblano peppers into the cheese mixture until well incorporated.
- 4
Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- 5
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, bread, or fresh veggies.
