Prepare the Prosciutto
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the slices of prosciutto on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and let cool.

Make the Parmesan Chips
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small mounds of grated Parmesan cheese spaced apart. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and let cool.

Prepare the Caesar Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add the crispy prosciutto, capers, and croutons. Drizzle with the Caesar dressing and toss gently to combine.
