Prepare the Prosciutto
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay the prosciutto slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Remove and let cool.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Prepare the Parmesan Chips
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, create small mounds of grated Parmesan cheese and flatten them slightly. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes until melted and slightly golden. Let cool to harden.

Assemble the Salad
Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add the croutons, capers, and crispy prosciutto. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to combine.

Plate the salad and top with the Parmesan chips. Enjoy immediately.
