Prepare the Coffee Mixture
Brew the espresso and let it cool. Mix with a tablespoon of sugar if desired.

Combine Mascarpone and Cream
In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Layer the Dessert
Dip ladyfingers in the cooled espresso briefly, then layer them in a dish. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.

Chill and Serve
Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Prepare the Fruit Puree
Blend the fresh fruit until smooth.

Mix fruit puree with sugar syrup, pour into a container, and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour.
Chocolate Mousse Cannoli

In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate until smooth and let cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
