Prepare the Fruits
Wash the blood oranges and cranberries thoroughly. Slice the blood oranges into thin rounds, removing any seeds. Set aside. Rinse the raspberries and set aside.

Mix the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, cranberry juice, and orange liqueur. Stir well to mix all the liquids evenly.

Add the Fruits
Add the sliced blood oranges, fresh cranberries, and raspberries to the pitcher with the liquid mixture. Stir gently to combine.

Sweeten the Sangria
Add the granulated sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved in the mixture.
Chilling and Serving

Chill the Sangria
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve
Before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently. To serve, pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
