Method

Cook Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

  2. 2

    Cook Pasta

Add the linguine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Lobster

  1. 3

    Cook Lobster

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the lobster tails, cooking them for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.

  2. 4

    Chop Lobster

Once cool, remove the meat from the lobster tails and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Make Creamy Sauce

  1. 5

    Sauté Garlic

In the same skillet used for the lobster, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 6

    Add Cream

Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  3. 7

    Incorporate Cheese and Seasonings

Add grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and black pepper to the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.

Combine

  1. 8

    Mix Pasta and Lobster

Add the cooked linguine and chopped lobster into the creamy sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 9

    Garnish

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
