Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and chop the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 5

Toss with Olive Oil and Seasonings

In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once both the salmon and vegetables are grilled, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve the grilled salmon fillets alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables.
