For the Grilled Ribeye
- 1
Prepare the Steak
Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Grill the Steak
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the steaks and grill for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare doneness. Adjust time for desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for best results (130°F for medium-rare).

Rest the Steak
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.

Cook the Garlic
While the potatoes are boiling, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. In a small pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
