Method
Steak Preparation
- 1
Grill the Ribeye Steak
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper to taste. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness (medium-rare is recommended at 130-135°F). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Melt the Provolone
Once the hoagie roll is toasted, place the provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll. Warm it slightly on the grill or under a broiler for about 1-2 minutes until melted.

Add Steak and Sauce
Slice the rested ribeye steak against the grain into thin strips. Layer the sliced steak on top of the melted provolone cheese. Drizzle the house steak sauce over the steak, then place the top half of the hoagie roll over the sandwich.
