Marinate the Chicken
Rub the jerk seasoning all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
Pasta Cooking
- 3
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Alfredo Sauce Preparation
- 4
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and nutmeg, whisking until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced bell peppers to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat everything evenly. Slice the cooked jerk chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
- 6
