Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce, honey, and vinegar, stirring until well combined. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Toss in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss until they are thoroughly coated.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Dublin wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and celery sticks.
