Chicken Wings
Method
Cooking Process
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Coat the Wings
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large deep pot or fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Wings
Carefully place the coated chicken wings in the hot oil in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings in your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Garlic Parmesan) until well coated.
- 6
Serve
Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
