In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the blueberries break down and the mixture thickens. Set aside.

Toast the Brioche Bun
While the burger is cooking, cut the brioche bun in half and toast it on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Spread a generous layer of whipped herb goat cheese on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by the smoked blueberry compote and jalapeño relish. Top with the other half of the bun.
