Make the Patty
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Form the mixture into a patty approximately 4oz in weight.

Marinate the Filet
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. Place the filet mignon in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over it, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Peppadews
Slice the peppadew peppers and set aside for topping.

Prepare the Baba Cheese Sauce
In a small saucepan, gently heat the baba cheese until it becomes soft and creamy. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.

Assemble the Springphilly
Start with the grilled patty as the base. Layer the grilled filet on top, followed by a generous serving of caramelized onions, sliced peppadews, and drizzle with the baba cheese sauce. Serve immediately.
