Burger Patty

Toppings

Smoky Garlic Mayo

Burger Buns

Method

Preparing the Patty

1

Make the Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape each into a 4oz patty.

2

Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Black Diamond sharp cheddar on each patty to melt.

Cooking the Bacon

3

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Making the Smoky Garlic Mayo

4

Prepare the Mayo

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well combined. Set aside.

Assembling the Burger

5

Build the Burger

Toast the burger buns if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, layer the butter lettuce, cooked patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, sliced tomato, house-made pickles, and sliced onion. Spread a generous amount of smoky garlic mayo on the top half of the bun, then place it on top to complete the burger.
