Prepare the Base
In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and well mixed.

Add the ice cubes to the blender and pulse until the ice is crushed and the mixture is icy and slushy.

Mix in Sparkling Water
Pour the mixture into a large glass and gently stir in the sparkling water until well combined.

Pour the mocktail into individual serving glasses. Garnish each glass with a fresh pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry, and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately.
