Method

Beef Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

Cooking the Patties

  1. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips.

  2. 5

    Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking the Fries

  1. 6

    Bake or Fry the Fries

You can either deep-fry or bake the fries. For baking, preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and spread the fries on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Salad Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Salad

Chop the lettuce, slice the tomato and cucumber. Combine them in a bowl.

  2. 8

    Dress the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then drizzle it over the salad and toss to combine.

Burger Assembly

  1. 9

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a cooked patty. Add ketchup, mustard, and pickles if desired. Top with the other half of the bun.
