Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for roasting the meats.

Prepare the Meats
In a large bowl, combine the Beef, Lamb, and Pork roasts. Rub each roast with olive oil and season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, and thyme.

Sear the Meats
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear each roast for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. This helps to lock in the flavors.

Add Broth
Pour the beef broth over the roasts and vegetables to add moisture during cooking.

Roast the Meats
Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Roast for about 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature of the roasts reaches at least 145°F (63°C) for medium rare.
Serving

Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the roasts from the oven and let them rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with the roasted vegetables on the side.
