Preparation

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until combined.

2

Marinate the Steak

Place the T-bone steaks in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Cooking

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F or 232-260°C).

4

Grill the Steak

Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them come to room temperature for about 15 minutes. Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (130-135°F or 54-57°C for medium-rare).

5

Rest the Steaks

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

Serving

6

Plate the Dish

Serve the T-bone steaks on a platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
