Preparation

Preparation

1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk well until honey is dissolved.

2. Marinate the Fish

Place the salmon and cod fillets in a shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the fish, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

3. Prepare the Vegetables

In a separate bowl, toss the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini with a little olive oil and salt. Set aside.

4. Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

5. Grill the Vegetables

While the fish is grilling, add the prepared vegetables to the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

6. Plate the Dish

On a serving platter, arrange the grilled fish and vegetables. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the top.

7. Garnish

Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped cilantro over the dish. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
