Preparation

1

Infuse Lavender

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 tsp of dried lavender flowers. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain out the lavender flowers and allow the syrup to cool.

2

Chill Glass

Chill a coupette glass by filling it with ice water while preparing the cocktail.

Mixing

3

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Beefeater Gin, 1 oz of elderflower liqueur, and 0.5 oz of lavender syrup. Shake well until chilled.

4

Strain

Remove the ice water from the coupette glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled glass.

5

Add Prosecco

Top the strained cocktail with 3 oz of Prosecco, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.
