Lobster Tails
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the lobster meat slightly, keeping it attached at the base.
- 2
Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture evenly over the lobster meat.
- 3
Broil the Lobster
Preheat the broiler in your oven. Place the lobster tails on a broiler pan with the meat side facing up. Broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
- 4
Prepare the Drawn Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the lemon juice and keep warm.
- 5
Serve
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and serve immediately with the drawn butter on the side and your choice of sides.
