Base Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cream the Butter and Sugar
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Spread the Filling
Once the base is completely cooled, spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the top.

Top the cream cheese layer with fresh berries, arranging them as desired.

Add mint leaves on top for garnish, to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.
