Preparation of Salad Base

Prep the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.

Add Cherry Tomatoes
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Add them to the bowl with the romaine lettuce.
Making Croutons

Prepare the Bread
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the French bread into cubes.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through for even baking.
Preparing the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Assembling the Salad

Dress the Salad
Pour the dressing over the romaine and cherry tomatoes. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Add Croutons
Top the salad with the freshly baked croutons and an extra sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Serve immediately while the croutons are still warm and crispy.
