Prepare the Glass
Rim a cocktail glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into salt. Set aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Genepy, Fernet Branca, Blanco Tequila, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Serve the Cocktail
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda and gently stir to combine.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
