Pie Crust Preparation
- 1
Make the Pie Crust

Roll out the dough to fit your pie dish. Place it in the dish and trim any excess. Pre-bake the crust at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh fruit, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until the fruit is well coated.

Pour the fruit filling into the pre-baked crust. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
