Method

Preparing Potatoes

  1. 1

    Cook the Potatoes

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.

Cooking Eggs

  1. 2

    Scramble or Fry the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour the egg mixture. For scrambled eggs, stir gently until cooked through. For over easy/medium/hard, let the eggs cook without stirring until the desired doneness is achieved, flipping if necessary.

Cooking Meat

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In another skillet, cook the bacon or sausage patties over medium heat until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Toasting Bread

  1. 4

Toast the Texas Toast or Bagel

Toast the Texas toast or bagel in a toaster or on a grill until golden brown.

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate the Breakfast

Once everything is cooked, serve the eggs, meat, seasoned potatoes, and toasted bread on a plate. Enjoy your breakfast!
