Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat your oven and cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

While the fries are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.

  3. 3

    Make the Beer Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in beer and milk, cooking until thickened. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Dish

Once the fries are done, place them on a serving platter. Drizzle the beer cheese sauce over the fries, then sprinkle with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
