Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and sliced green onions. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine. Set aside.

Prepare the Tuna
Season the Ahi tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Coat each steak with sesame seeds on all sides.

Sear the Tuna
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil and sear the tuna steaks for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, or longer if desired. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.

Serve
Slice the seared tuna into thin strips. Arrange the Asian slaw on plates and top with the sliced tuna. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce before serving.
