Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Gnocchi

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, usually until they float to the top (about 2-3 minutes).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the black truffle cream and stir gently, letting it warm up. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Combine Gnocchi and Sauce

Once the gnocchi are cooked, use a slotted spoon to transfer them directly to the skillet with the truffle cream sauce. Toss gently to coat the gnocchi in the sauce.

  4. 4

    Add Prosciutto

Slice the prosciutto cotto into thin strips and add to the skillet. Toss everything together, allowing the prosciutto to warm through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the gnocchi, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley before serving.
