Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Branzino

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean the branzino, removing the scales and innards if necessary. Rinse and pat dry. Rub the fish inside and out with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Slice the lemon in half and place inside the cavity of the fish.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and then cut them into 2-inch pieces. Trim the ends of the haricot vert. Slice the radishes thinly.

  3. 3

    Grill the Fish

Place the branzino on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

  4. 4

Char the Cucumbers and Haricot Vert

In a grill basket, combine the cucumber pieces and haricot vert. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until slightly charred and tender.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the grilled branzino alongside the charred cucumbers, haricot vert, and radishes. Chop the black garlic and sprinkle over the dish for added flavor. Serve immediately.
