Baking Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in Chocolate Chunks
Gently fold in the Callebaut chocolate chunks until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop and Bake
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top of each cookie.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. The centers may look slightly underbaked; they will set as they cool.
Cool and Serve
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm.
