Brewing Instructions
1. Brew the Hibiscus Tea
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the hibiscus flowers and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
2. Strain the Tea
After simmering, remove the saucepan from heat and strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
3. Prepare the Matcha
In a small bowl, whisk the green tea matcha powder with a few tablespoons of warm water until smooth and dissolved.
4. Combine Ingredients
Add the matcha mixture to the hibiscus tea in the pitcher and stir well to combine.
5. Serve
Add ice cubes to glasses, pour the hibiscus matcha tea over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
