Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix the garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with vegetable oil and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 3
Make the Peanut Satay Sauce
In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, tamari sauce, sambal oelek, and grape jelly. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
- 4
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the peanut satay sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
- 5
Serve
Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
