Preparation
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until just combined.
3. Shape the Meatloaf
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
4. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
5. Prepare Black Garlic Demi
In a saucepan, combine black garlic, beef broth, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened.
6. Crispy Onions
In a skillet, heat oil and fry thinly sliced onions until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
7. Serve
Slice the meatloaf, drizzle with black garlic demi, and top with crispy onions before serving.
