Prepare the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Frey Ranch Bourbon, honey syrup, and aromatic bitters.

Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Remove the ice from the rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop the peel into the glass as a garnish.
