Chicken Tenders
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Tenders
Cut the chicken breast into strips. In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, ensuring an even coating.
- 2
Fry the Chicken Tenders
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 3
Prepare the Fries
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Rinse them in cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4
Fry the Fries
In the same oil used for the chicken, fry the potato strips in batches until golden and crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Serve
Serve the crispy chicken tenders with the hot fries on the side. Enjoy!
