A delicious combination of our soups served in bread bowls with a half sandwich.

Half Soup Half Sandwich

Chips & Salsa

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Salsa

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Make the CCQ

In a bowl, mash the avocados. Add minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt. Mix until creamy and adjust seasoning to taste.

Prepare the Guacamole

Arrange the tortilla chips on a platter and serve with bowls of salsa, CCQ, and guacamole.

In a saucepan, heat the tomato soup and chicken noodle soup over medium heat until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the Soups

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of whole grain bread. On two slices, layer lettuce, sliced turkey, and cheddar cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo side down.

Prepare the Sandwich

Grill or toast the sandwiches in a pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Toast the Sandwich

Place each bread bowl on a serving plate. Ladle the tomato soup into one bowl and the chicken noodle soup into the other. Cut the sandwiches in half and place next to the bread bowls. Serve immediately.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Cut corn tortillas into triangles and fry them in the hot oil until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Make the Chips

In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and minced jalapeño pepper. Season with salt. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
