1. Prepare the Soups
In a saucepan, heat the tomato soup and chicken noodle soup over medium heat until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Prepare the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of whole grain bread. On two slices, layer lettuce, sliced turkey, and cheddar cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo side down.
3. Toast the Sandwich
Grill or toast the sandwiches in a pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Assemble the Dish
Place each bread bowl on a serving plate. Ladle the tomato soup into one bowl and the chicken noodle soup into the other. Cut the sandwiches in half and place next to the bread bowls. Serve immediately.
