Preparation Instructions

1. Prepare the Salsa

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

2. Make the CCQ

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Prepare the Guacamole

In a bowl, mash the avocados. Add minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt. Mix until creamy and adjust seasoning to taste.

4. Serve

Arrange the tortilla chips on a platter and serve with bowls of salsa, CCQ, and guacamole.
