Prepare the Pork Rinds
In a large bowl, soak the pork rinds in white vinegar for about 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

Fry the Pork Rinds
In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the pork rinds in batches until they are crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Season the Pork Rinds
While still hot, sprinkle the fried pork rinds with salt.

Make the Dipping Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, dill pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
