Juicing the Lemons
Cut the lemons in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or by hand into a measuring cup. Strain to remove seeds and pulp.

Making the Simple Syrup
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.

Combining Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the simple syrup, and 3 cups of water. Stir well to mix. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.

Preparing the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to about 3/4 full.

Mixing the Drink
Pour 1.5 cups of Tito's vodka over the ice in the glass. Fill the rest of the glass with the house-made lemonade. Stir gently to combine.

Garnishing
Add a few lemon slices and fresh mint leaves on top for garnish. Serve immediately.
