Method
Brewing the Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add 2 tablespoons of green tea leaves. Let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the tea leaves from the brewed tea into a heatproof pitcher or container.
Sweetening the Tea
