Preparing the Chicken

Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Add Milk
Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Continue to cook and whisk until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembling the Dish

Layer Ingredients
On a serving plate, place the grilled chicken breasts. Top each breast with the bechamel sauce, followed by crispy bacon, sliced tomatoes, and shredded fontina cheese.

Drizzle Ranch and Garnish
Drizzle house ranch dressing over the top and sprinkle with chopped chives to finish.
