Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the marinara sauce and buffalo sauce over medium heat. Stir until heated through and well combined, about 5 minutes.

Chop the Celery
While the chicken is resting, wash and chop the celery stalks into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Ingredients
Slice the grilled chicken into strips and place them in a large bowl. Pour the heated marinara and buffalo sauce mixture over the chicken, tossing to coat evenly.

Plate the buffalo chicken and top with chopped celery and blue cheese crumbles. Serve immediately.
