Prepare the Milk Bath
In a large bowl or foot spa, combine the Pure Fiji Coconut Milk and Epsom Salt. Stir well until the salt is completely dissolved. Add the essential oils and mix gently.

Set Up for the Treatment
Fill a foot bath or basin with warm water. Add the prepared milk bath soak and allow it to dissolve further.
Soak and Hydrate

Soaking
Soak your feet in the milk bath for about 20 minutes to soften the skin.

Apply GM Collin Products
After soaking, gently pat your feet dry. Apply the GM Collin Hydrating Gel followed by the Moisturizing Cream, massaging it into the skin for full absorption.
Finishing Touch

Nail Polish Application
Choose your favorite regular nail polish and apply it to your toenails for a polished finish.
Optional Paraffin Treatment

Prepare the Paraffin Treatment
Melt the paraffin wax according to package instructions. If desired, add essential oils for fragrance.

Apply Paraffin
Dunk your feet into the melted paraffin wax, coating them evenly. Allow to cool and harden, then peel off gently.
