Gather Your Supplies
Collect all your hair dyeing supplies including hair dye, developer, bleach, foil sheets, color bowl, brush applicator, gloves, and shampoo/conditioner.

Prepare the Dye
In a color bowl, mix the hair dye with the developer according to package instructions.

Prepare the Bleach
In another bowl, mix the bleach powder with the developer according to package instructions.

Section the Hair
Divide the hair into sections to prepare for application. Use clips to hold the sections in place.

Apply Bleach
Take a small section of hair, apply the bleach with the brush applicator, and wrap it in foil to process.

Apply Highlights
Once the bleach has processed, apply the highlights dye to the desired sections of hair using the brush applicator.

Rinse and Condition
After the desired processing time, rinse the hair thoroughly with water, then use the color-treated shampoo and conditioner.

Dry and Style
Dry the hair and style as desired.
